This session is about why vehicle communication is an important part of future vehicle platforms and how application developers can extract information from a vehicle and what they might do with this information.
Session Abstract:
There are many uses for diagnostic data from you car. To create next-generation applications that span the divides between cars and other mobile devices, information obtained from the vehicle is essential. This session discusses what APIs are available to developers in MeeGo and describes what information is available, vehicle-specific constraints, and what kind of applications can be developed using this information.
