Eva is an active open source contributor and driver since 2000.
She is actively supporting KDE project. In August 2002 Eva Brucherseifer took over the position as Vice President of the German KDE Community (KDE e.V.), and was President in 2005-2007.
In 2003 she founded basysKom as Qt consulting company deliverying Qt, MeeGo and open source services for embedded and mobile devices. Through this she is now active e.g. in the Peregrine project.
